Cultural cell
Our students come from different cities, languages and communities. In the cultural cell, you learn to work together and respect each other, and a common ISMT culture grows from that.
You take part in cultural and co-curricular activities and help manage cultural and corporate events. This gives you a place to show your creative side and build event management skills.
Our annual funfair is one of the most loved days on campus. Everyone comes together and enjoys some relaxed time.
Personality development
Employers look for people who can speak clearly, think on their feet and work in a team. We build these skills through the year with presentations, public speaking, aptitude tests and interactions with people from industry.
Our professional grooming sessions and mock interviews prepare you for the placement process. You also take part in activities run by our different cells and clubs.
Our aim is that you join the industry ready to contribute and grow, not only to earn a salary.
Mentoring and counselling
Our core faculty works as a mentoring team with experience across several disciplines. They help you spot what is holding you back, find a way forward and follow it through.
If you want to move fast, our mentors train and guide you towards leadership roles. You can speak to them about your studies and your career choices.
How we teach
We teach with real situations, not only theory. Alongside concept lectures, you learn through case studies, group discussions and debates, seminars, business games, simulations, field and industrial visits, sectoral studies, and entrepreneurship and business projects.
You also work on live consultancy projects and attend guest lectures by directors and CEOs. On ISMT e-campus, our online platform, you manage projects, case papers and group work, and your faculty can track your progress.
Our library and computer labs support your learning. We also run domestic and international study tours. The more you prepare and take part, the more you get out of it.
